Nous sommes des consultants en télécommunication: nous ne vendons que nos services, aucun équipement ou service de télécommunication. Nous offrons aussi des cours régulièrement, publicisés avec notre magazine trimestriel, appelé Infotélécom . Nous organisons également des conférences comme le Forum des gestionnaires en télécommunications qui s'est tenu annuellement en octobre à Montréal en 2000, 2001 et 2002. Le Forum a été déplacé en avril à partir de 2004 et est combiné avec la conférence Les technologies des centres d'appels (tenue en 2001 et 2003). La nouvelle conférence s'appellaitTélécom 2004, et après avoir connu un vif succès, a été suivie par Télécom 2005 et Télécom 2006, attirant encore davantage de participants. Télécom 2007 sera présentée en avril 2007. Nous avons également tenue la première conférence en français pour les consultants au Canada en octobre 2006.
