Nu Echo offers on-demand training on various topics related to speech technologies, speech applications, and VoiceXML. Customers can choose from different types of training formats:

• Standard courses:
  • Effective Grammar Development with NuGram IDE — The objective of this course is to teach participants how to systematically deliver high-quality, high performance grammars by fully leveraging the features and tools available in NuGram IDE. Supported by hands-on exercises and numerous examples, the course provides a breadth of knowledge, best practices, and tips and tricks that have shown their effectiveness at addressing the main challenges of grammar development and at delivering better grammars faster.
• Customized courses — Most of our customers want a course specifically tailored for them. When that's the case, we work with them to build a course outline that addresses their specific requirements and then build the course according to the agreed upon outline.
• Coaching workshops — Some of our customers are interested in a very hands-on and interactive format, which is what the coaching workshop provides. This typically takes the form of a small application development project in which your resources build an application with the help and guidance of our experts.
• Seminars — These are normally half-day events in which we provide an overview of a particular topic (e.g., the speech application development process, a review of good and bad speech applications, principles for a successful speech project, latest developments in speech technologies, etc.). We provide general interest seminars in public venues, as well as private seminars specifically tailored for a customer.
