The Call Viewer is a sophisticated graphical application for viewing and analyzing calls to any application developed within the Nu Echo VoiceXML application platform or producing logs in a compatible format. It is packaged as a stand-alone Java Application that works within the Eclipse framework. It connects to a MySQL database through a JDBC interface. The Call Viewer provides the following main functionalities:

• Call filtering, with support for Custom ECMAScript filters
• Call list with color-coded call result and multiple sorting capabilities
• Global call information
• Hierarchical call transaction view with linked interaction view
• Interaction view linked with the interaction details view. The interaction view shows all interactions corresponding to either a call or a transaction and provides the ability to step through each interaction, hear user utterances, and view interaction details through the linked interaction details view.
• Interaction details view linked with the interaction view, showing detailed prompted text and recognition result
• Dialog view showing the full dialog in an easy to read formatted format
