<p>Nu Echo, an expert in intelligent conversational automation, is currently conducting a <strong>study</strong> to learn more about the vision and the challenges that contact centers face in adopting these new technologies.</p>
<p>This is why we are asking for your opinion today.</p>
<p>This survey focuses on the <strong>characteristics </strong>and <strong>activities </strong>of businesses using <strong>AI-based conversational automation systems</strong>.</p>
<p>It takes approximately<strong> 8 minutes</strong> to answer all of the questions. All data collected will remain anonymous.</p>
<p>We will publish the results of this survey so that you can access the outcome.</p>
